Since its inception, the Outerspace Project has transformed Atlanta into an open-air gallery, blending art, music, and design through murals, live art activations, and curated events. At its core is a large-scale outdoor mural initiative that has enhanced public spaces, sparked creativity, and connected communities across the city. Over the years, the project has brought together local and international talent, creating a platform that uplifts Atlanta’s creative culture while connecting it to the global stage. The experience culminates in The Big Bang Block Party—a celebration of art and music featuring live installations, performances, paint battles, gallery exhibitions, and more, embodying the festival’s mission to expand contemporary culture and showcase the vibrant creative spirit of Atlanta.
ABOUT OUTERSPACE PROJECT
OuterSpace is an event series that merges public art, live music, design, and culture. With an outdoor mural project at its core, OSP's goal is to enhance outdoor spaces, generate positive energy, expand the mind, and engage the public through urban beautification and creativity.
The final party and main event, "The Big Bang", is the culmination of all elements, including live art installations, musical performances, a pop-up shop, and more...
By blending all aspects of contemporary culture, OSP presents a unique experience that ignites the expansion of the arts and supports the ever-evolving creative spirit.
